Have a complaint?

At ATSICHS Brisbane we are all committed to providing a high standard of client care at all times, though despite our best intentions we fully understand that sometimes misunderstandings or issues can occur and you may seek to make a complaint.

All complaints are taken seriously, and if we are unable to resolve the problem immediately, it will be investigated and you will be given regular updates and notified of the outcome.

  • Firstly speak to the Program Manager, which can often resolve most problems effectively and in a timely manner, as well as helping to identify ways that we can improve in the future. You may also ask for a ‘Complaints and Grievance’ form which can filled in and handed back in.

  • You may also choose to contact the Complaints Unit at The Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women by email, or by phone 1800 080 464,or by post at Locked Bag 3405, Brisbane Qld 4001.
